are checked 2/3 times a week by our director (himself a qualified
joiner) giving you the opportunity to raise any concerns and queries you
may have
A double
loft conversion can be completed in approximately 6-8 weeks, depending
on size.
All
conversion work is undertaken - from new build to converting a
traditional roof i.e. purloins and spares to a modern trusted
design. All traditional designs are usually suitable for a conversion.
Our
surveyor will advise on the feasibility of your roof space and discuss
your requirements. He will also advise on design at this stage but you
are invited to put forward your own ideas.
Most of the
work is carried out through the roof openings, thus minimizing
disturbance to you through noise and dust.
Payment
terms are sensibly split over the term of the works programme with a 10%
deposit. |
