Beginning
in 1993, the company was started by Roger Hickman and Dave Yemm who
decided to make the most of their twenty years of industry experience.
They felt that with their extensive knowledge in surveying, planning
and construction they could provide a quality service not available
when their idea was conceived. Now Roger has retired from the board,
taking a more hands-on approach. Dave's son Neil, who has been with the
company from the start, is a Director.
